MAGIC NUR custom queries will not file a blank over a filed query unless there is a custom attribute to clear the previous value.
In CS 5.5 the OE Custom Queries on the 'Enter / Edit Patient Data' screen will in fact file a blank value over a previous value.

In C/S there is a MRI.DRC.ccdqr.audit segment which stores historical values of queries with save query history enabled. This can be useful for getting previous documented values for clinical queries. (there is a ca.adm.urn field which identifies which ADM patient this was documented on)
I'll check it out; I think there's a reason I didn't go there; but a good tip. Thank you!
